@nmac122 many of my items (as well as many items on poshmark) are tagged urban outfitters for exposure. I make it clear in the description if they are "Not UO". Also, I received that item from another posher and didn't see any obvious signs of wear or damage. If it hadn't been worn and was new I would have made that clear in the description.
