natalee765 I contacted Poshmark regarding the issue because I'm not sure how to do a refund once the funds are released (which occured when i accepted )however since the issue was brought to your attention within the first 24hours of receiving it should still be possible but im not sure. Thanks for apologizing and i understand things happen...i love the shoes it just sucks that i gotta pair for them to be repaired
