alligatorcat Thank you for getting back to me, sorry it took me so long. OK. So the two items that a posher bundled are each $39. With The discount I give for a bundle it comes out to like $70. So then what do I press to give them that price? There’s a button that I can present that says share bundle there’s a button that I can press that says offer but then I have to go less than $70. I don’t know if I’m explaining it correctly. Do you understand what I mean?

parketh @alligatorcat.. Hello Alli. Sorry for the delay. I will be completely honest, I have not yet sold a bundle. What you described to me I have had that scenario before where a customer will add an item to a bundle but they have not yet committed to purchasing the item/s, if they did committee I believe you would have been able to add the bundle discount and complete the transaction.

parketh What I have done in the past is to send a private discount on the items and the customer will either purchase the item, make a counter offer, or decline the offer. I would not use the calculated amount that is suggested by the system, I would free hand enter in the amount that you would like to receive for your item/s. If they need a deeper discount maybe they will decide to accept the bundle discount. I hope this information helps. Please let me know if there are any additional questions.
