melangealee @taratu Hi there! I have a couple different APs that I use. Most of the pic collage aps have a text option and you can write things on your photos. I would down load a few and figure out which ones you like using the best. Most basic options on them should be free and give you everything you need. ✨💕👍📸💕✨
