separker Hi, I just received your feedback for the cross necklace. I just wanted to address your comments. First, I submitted a notice to poshmark that I had shipped the item the day after you purchased it, but the tracking was delayed through USPS and not updating in Posh. I just wanted to let you know that the delay was not due to me shipping it late and I assumed that Posh would notify you on that end because it was an automated notice through Posh.

separker Second, I taped the necklace to the paper because I didn’t want the chain to be tangled in transit. I just purchased a lariat necklace from Adina Reyter and that was how the Adina Reyter necklace was packaged directly from the manufacturer. - I thought it was a good idea to tape it that way and was trying to be courteous so that you didn’t receive a necklace with a tangled chain.

ntk12345 @separker hi, No need to cancel or return the item. In the future, just be more aware of packaging. To receive an expensive piece of jewelry taped to a piece of paper was everything but pleasant to the eye.

separker @ntk12345 that was the point of my note above - I was careful with packaging. I would prefer if you would return the necklace. I’m actually not comfortable with a 2 star review for packaging issues if you like the necklace and want to keep it. I also think it was inconsiderate to wait for the 3 day period to lapse and then immediately issue the review.

kareng977 Hi Natalia — Thank you for your purchase! I live on the Big Island of Hawaii, and the nearest post offices here close at noon on Saturdays. Unfortunately I will not be able to make it there today before noon. However I will be sure to ship your item Monday morning. Sorry for the slight delay! It’s beautiful living on a big rock in the middle of the Pacific, but it’s definitely lacking in convenience!

Since I no longer have the original box, I put your necklace in a box that a completely different necklace I recently purchased came in and surrounded that box with bubble wrap before placing it in the larger shipping box so that it won’t get jostled around on its way to you.
