@mimab28 Hey girl, thank you so much for your kind words. I hope you are not offended by my next advice but I’m actually one test away from becoming a dietitian and have been studying for 6 years. One quick tip: (protein + fiber > carbs / 2) . If you focus on eating protein and fiber with a little bit of carbs (I stuff my face with fruit) you will feel full longer. I hope this isn’t invasive it’s just one of my two passions in life. You’ve got this!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write back with a great! advise. I appreciated. I've worked myself with health and nutrition, its being challenging just due to other health issues that needs to be in control as well. Great! advise for sure.. working on it... I am attending to a wedding in May, so If I do my homework I should have enough time.
