I’ve never seen this happen but If you look at the progress of your package it says it’s going to the poshmark headquarters for them to authenticate the shoe. maybe because it’s such a big purchase? I have no idea but it says that they will repackage it and send it to you but it won’t be coming to you the way I packaged it because I wrapped it in pretty wrapping paper

aleka_t @natybelieve and did all these extra things for you and put in a little gift for you now I’m afraid of what it’s going to look like when you get it lol because they’re obviously going to have to tear the wrapping paper open to get to it and I had put a thank you sticker with a card on top and a picture of the shoes on the outside so that you can know what shoes are in the box

This is so frustrating. so my packages typically only take two days to arrive and now I have no idea how long it will be and what it’s going to look like when you get it. It def won’t be as pretty im so sorry! did you request that by any chance??

natybelieve @aleka_t no I didn’t, Poshmark always do that process through their authentication department. I had sell brand bags in the past and always they make sure that the item is authentic and valuable.

I’m not going to lie I’m upset about the packaging situation. I take pride in how my packages look when I send them to my buyers. That’s kind of upsetting. I’m so sorry girl!

natybelieve @aleka_no worries about ,thank you for been so kind, definitely they always try to keep it as you send it, When I buy LV purses or other value items , they always going to the same process but I always let the seller know that the item still almost the same as they send it. They just want me o make sure the the item is authentic and is as is been described as show in the pictures and the price. They do it from $300 and up.

aleka_t Actually no I just looked at the label and that’s not where you are so hmmm… I wonder why they couldn’t gain access to the poshmark headquarters or whatever it is. It told me from yesterday and the day before that you will be getting it on Monday but now I’m a little worried. I don’t understand how they couldn’t get access.

aleka_t If you could just let me know on Tuesday that you def received them and if they are good enough for you to keep because like a said there’s a bit of extra room. I can’t seem to find the right size for myself for the Gucci sneakers or the slides!! It’s been a pain in the butt! I keep buying them in different sizes and it keeps not working out. aleka_t @natybelieve oh yes!!! absolutely!! Just look at the update on the shipping where it shows the tracking of the package. It says that they attempted to deliver it to the Poshmark headquarters at around 10am but “couldn’t gain access” and that they would try again the next business day! It says it where they show the info of the purchase once it starts being tracked. I just don’t understand if it’s the PMHQ why they couldn’t access it to give them the package.

aleka_t I wish I could send you screen shots but if you just go to the tracking info that they provide us both with you will see what it says. That they attempted to deliver it to PMHQ and couldn’t gain access so they will try again the next business day.

aleka_t @natybelieve I was confused too girl because I got a txt for a different package that’s also in CA so I was like oh! never mind they were able to gain access! Then I realized that was the wrong tracking number. goodness I sure hope it will be just fine! It’s just hard when something is out of your control you know?!! I don’t want you to be dissatisfied in any way! so I guess we will track the progress and when I get an email back from them also I will let you know! Ty for being so understanding!

aleka_t hey girl so I just looked up their business hours and they don’t open until 9am and the post office tried to deliver it at 7am I’m assuming that’s why they couldn’t gain access. they’re closed today obviously because it’s Sunday. I’m just really hoping that they don’t do the same thing tomorrow morning.
