jttimeout Hello; I purchased vera Bradley laptop case with pencil holder. You stated it was new. It might have been "new" to you but the zipper tabs are worn and the case itself seems not "fresh". I am not too happy. :-(

jttimeout and the wear and tear is not showing in the picture. I took photos. that show the worn edges, you did not :-(. I feel very misled, so won't buy from you again.
