hd1abjan Natalie I ordered the ugg boots, child size 3 from you back in February around the 22nd or 23rd and I have yet to receive them. I see you show them "sold." I have a tracking number but no information since being in California February 25th. Can you please follow up? I have been in contact with USPS 3 or 4 times trying to find this package. Thank you. I have been in touch with Poshmark directly but nobody seems to be able to help me. Janice Tanner

nakeli2 @hd1abjan hi Janice! I was wondering actually about this too since I haven’t received my earnings for your purchase. I sent these out a day after you purchased them. I don’t know where they are as I never received the package back. I’ll try and go the post office I dropped off the package to see if they have any insight. I believe I just recently threw away the receipt from the drop off. I’m so sorry Poshmark hasn’t been helpful. I’ll try to reach out as well.

nakeli2 @hd1abjan and i don’t manually put that sold mark on it, Poshmark does that automatically when an item is purchased. I emailed Poshmark as well. I’ll let you know what they say if anything.

hd1abjan Thank you very much for reaching out so quickly. I have the same information about them arriving before March 1st but since this is March 12th now I still don't have them. USPS said they may be at their lost package facility where ever that is. However I can't file anything myself they said it has to go from the seller so that's the only information I have at this point. My granddaughter is anxiously awaiting those boots, anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated.

hd1abjan I got an email from Poshmark this morning that they have canceled the order and refunded me back my money but apparently I believe they have still paid you for the purchase. Sorry this didn't work out. Thanks. Janice

hd1abjan Natalie you're not gonna believe this but the boots came today. And I don't know if I told you my granddaughter's name is Natalie also. I haven't had a chance to tell her but she's going to be very surprised. And thrilled. I actually bought her a pair of the kookaburra uggs when she didn't get the ones from you. Now she'll have two pair and she can switch off whenever she wants.
