mdjbarton Natalie, the post office tried to deliver the timberland boots today but there was additional postage due. Is this typical? I thought my shipping fees covered to postage.

mdjbarton @nanglin1988 the post office said it's because it didn't have the correct label for large flat rate box? The extra shipping was 4.78. Any chance that can be deducted from my purchase price?
