tessbeauty Natalie I hit a message from posh that said you reported the wig not being new Natalie I own 3 stores I have great reviews been selling for 25 years I would never send a used wig I'm not sure why you would say such a thing you sell on posh you know it takes time to ship out its wrong to lie why not just say the truth I would have switched it out. That's super mean when I work very hard to make sure my customers are happy I never had a complaint in 3 years
