@jynxxxd as I’m looking at it now I am realizing that this is a 14/16 in the girls line of Zella. Not for women. The Zella line for women does not have sizes listed in 14/16. So I guess your description of the product is inaccurate. I would have never purchased had I known that. Although that does explain why it is so incredibly small though.

@nzav 😱Oh my goodness! I think you’re right, I’m so sorry, i didn’t realize! I would’ve never listed it as an adult size either if I had. I wish you had opened a case, I’m not sure how to fix this now.

@nzav I sent them an email but to the best of my knowledge once you accept an order that’s it. I will get back to you with their response when I hear. It can take Posh support several days to respond so please don’t think I’ve forgotten you.

@nzav Hi there, I heard back from Posh support today and they said if you’ve already accepted the order and funds have been released then there’s nothing I can do from my end. They did say that you as the buyer should contact them directly so to me that implies there may be something more they can do for you directly.

@jynxxxd I’m not sure. But you/we do have the ability to make this right outside of Poshmark. Are you willing to do that since you inaccurately posted the item

@nzav I’m very sorry but no, I will not send you cash outside of Poshmark. I did accidentally post the shirt inaccurately and had you opened a case I would have admitted the error and accepted the return immediately. There is responsibility not only on the seller but on the buyer as well to know the terms under which this platform operates.

@jynxxxd I disagree. You admitted that you posted this inaccurately. I will be sure your that this is noted as you continue to sell. It’s really unfortunate. Poshmark is so much about honest and taking responsibility.

@nzav As am I. It’s unfortunate that you don’t accept your own culpability. It was your responsibility to open a case instead of accepting the order. I would have accepted the return without hesitation. Mistakes do happen and there is recourse but you accepted the order. That part is not my fault.

@jynxxxd it’s really not about me not knowing that I should open a case, it’s about you as a seller not posting in accurate information and knowingly doing so. That is also not what this platform is about
