missbzb Hi there. I purchased a bundle from you recently. It’s showing delivered but I haven’t received. I can’t research the tracking because it’s asking me to rate it. Could you please help from your end? I’ve really been looking forward to these items 😊

nesullivan @missbzb it shows it was delivered on the 20th and shows a time too which I’m not sure how accurate it is but it’s saying 3:49 pm

missbzb @nesullivan I am sooo bummed. I receive a lot of packages so mail is checked regularly. I also asked neighbors with similar addresses and so far it hasn’t turned up. Are you able to notify Posh? When I go to the order it just just asks me to rate and I can’t do anything else. I appreciate your help. I really wanted those items 😞

missbzb @nesullivan Hi there…had to let you know…my bundle arrived yesterday!!! I’m so happy. A random neighbor who doesn’t live in his house full time had it but didn’t know until he returned to town. Totally weird, however finally resolved. I just contacted Posh to resolve, however wanted to let you know. I love ALLL the items 🥰
