annib hi Natalie! I'm so sorry the bronzer didn't work. That sucks and was in no way intentional! I wasn't able to test the product before sending because then the seal would have been punctured, and no longer in new-condition. I'm trying to figure out how to give you a refund but this platform won't allow it. I believe you can request a return? Not sure how that process works as I've never needed to use it before.
