kitkatredhot If you open the post of the picture you want to delete, you should be able to delete the photo. @binkbug is my Poshmark mentor and knows all the tricks and might be able to help if that doesn’t work.

bryanfulton Hey I shipped the shoes you bought from me and apparently they were delivered and it had been 3 days so the funds were released but today I received the shoes back and the label said it was refused? Can you help me out with this?

bryanfulton Hey I just wanted to touch base with you I saw that you left me a 1-star rating and that you were having issues getting a refund? I would really appreciate if you didn't give me a 1-star rating because that goes against me not Poshmark. I absolutely said I would give you a refund you just needed to open a case, can you let me know why it is that you gave me one star?

bryanfulton @aaliyah07102012 no problem I saw that you changed it I appreciate that. I just emailed them stating that somebody at your household rejected the package after it had been delivered, and that you would like a refund. I told them two please refund you since I have both the shoes and the funds. So I'm assuming they will let you know soon about next steps.
