mi_lake_effect Natalie, While packing your order I noticed a sticky residue on the purse strap, I was able to remove most of it but the material has started to look worn. My sincerest apologies but I wouldn't feel right sending this purse to you in this condition. If you'd like to repurchase it at a discounted price of $9, I would feel better.
