ntimperman @etheriaque hi, I got a notification saying that the shorts have been delivered back to me. I am unsure what I do next, as I feel like poshmark did not describe this process very clear. I happy to ship you the original shorts and just don’t know what shipping label I use or how to get a new shipping label. As soon as poshmark reaches back out to me I will update you! Would you prefer me to still ship the original purchased shorts?

ntimperman @etheriaque I did some more research and from my understanding, you should get your money back from the original sale and then you can repurchase the item. I’m still waiting for poshmark to clarify if this is correct.

ntimperman @etheriaque this is their response: “Thanks for your email. Since the case has been approved, we suggest not sending the correct item until you receive the wrong item back. Once you receive the wrong item back and the case has been closed, feel free to create a new listing for the buyer to purchase so you can ship out the correct item to the buyer, if they wish to continue the sale.”
