Hi, thank you for your purchase. I want to reach out to give you an update for your madewell booties purchase. I’m in Seattle and we’re hit by snowstorm. The package was ready but it wasn’t picked up today due to weather. I hope it will go out tomorrow and meanwhile I want to send you an update as I marked the shipment “shipped”. Snowstorm like this is not often for us and I didn’t expected this would delay the package pickup today, sorry. Hope you will receive them soon.
