I had someone help me search for their # & found the customer service # and I will call them today but when I checked it says ur package was delivered ? So I hope this won’t confuse anything on their end. I’m so sorry about this. I’ll let U know by end of the day

anglecheeks @lovefashionyay yes, I did receive a package but as you know it was not my order. I didn't accept delivery, so it must have automatically accepted after a couple days lapsed. Do you want me to also report it on my end so they can tell that I'm aware of the mixup?

lovefashionyay @anglecheeks yes and the other girl told me she is returning the items and I have to refund her. Then she will repurchase once u return and if u report it ASAP they will have u do the same thing. If u repurchase I will make sure the shipping labels are correct and add two free items for the inconvenience so sorry

The other buyer had to wait a week and she did it right away when she got the package but since yours accidentally gave good feedback I think it may take a few extra days. So I think by next week it will be replied to :/ so sorry u have to deal w this. 10 yrs of selling online not once did this happen. I asked someone to assist me that day and this happens. I’m terribly sorry!

lovefashionyay @anglecheeks hi hun so sorry we had a terrible snow storm over 8 inches and I was stuck at home for several days and then my car stuck had to get it pulled by a tow :/ bad luck & bad timing. I had everything ready in my car but forgot to grab the freebies & print the label! So sorry it’s going to email I don’t use normally.
