yuansource Again I told you that the zipper was a complete accident at the very last minute when I was putting bubblewrap inside the bag for shipment and then I tried it again and if you go slowly with it it will close so because there are two zippers on the top you can just close one side and just use the other side or go slowly with it I didn’t have time to actually typed it to you I just quickly gave you two other bags

yuansource I thought you would preferred the two bags rather than canceling the whole order -again it was a last-minute accident and a Le SportSac as you know cost at least $85 new so the bag is perfect except for that one little area -if you don’t open it all the way it’s just that last 1/2 inch -and you have two zippers on the top you know. Perhaps you can sell the two bags just post them on your website-Once again I’m sorry for the last-minute glitch and I hope you enjoy the bags

11nata11 @yuansource I could have waited an extra day for you to reach out to me about it. Accident or not, it is still a damaged bag that I didn’t know about. And, the zippers are for 2 separate compartments, there is a divider in the middle. So to not use one means not using half of the bag. I understand accidents happen, I would have just liked to have been informed so I could decide if I still wanted to purchase it.

11nata11 @yaunsource The extras were a nice touch, but they aren’t my style. And to me, a quick note to me about the zipper beforehand goes much further than including 2 extras that I won’t get any use out of. I will pay the money to get the zipper fixed at my local cleaners. But, I shouldn’t have to. I am just being honest. I think you would do the same if you got an item that was damaged while being packed up to ship to you

yuansource Once again I’m sorry it happened as I was packing the bag -yes I understand what you’re saying again and I apologize-I gave you two other bags that you can sell if you don’t like them - The Madden bag is worth at least as much as you paid if not more-I think you can still use the back if you just don’t open the zipper all the way just leave that last section I tried it again I apologize

yuansource Absolutely I understand what you’re saying and I was shocked myself that it happened so I thought maybe it would just work once you had gotten it because those kind of zippers can be funny that they work sometimes and they don’t work others hopefully it’s a very small repair or hopefully you can use it by just leaving that side open Or only closing it just to that last quarter of an inch
