doly02 @nataliewith3 Hi, sorry to hear that! Contact Poshmark. I think you go into seller tools and you email them. If the purse, or any item for that matter, is $500 or more, they have to authenticate it in Poshmark. Let me know if this helps! Also, you can open a grievance, I'm not sure how they call it. Did you try contacting the seller?
