birdyblue16 hi Natalie, I received the box from you, but the dress was not in it. The mailman rang my doorbell, which he never does, to say the box looked tampered with. So, I contacted PM support & they replied to Press "order not described" & open a case. I just wanted to let you know.

birdyblue16 @nataliedee497 yes it's obvious it was messed with. the tissue paper is completely shredded and I don't know why they just didn't take the tissue paper with them, was the tissue paper just on top of the dress or was the dress wrapped in the tissue paper? I'm thinking maybe they didn't take the tissue paper because the thank you card may be blocked it, I'm not sure

nataliedee497 @birdyblue16 I usually wrap all my pieces within the tissue paper itself and attach a thank you note taped on top of it. It’s so sad because I really wanted you to enjoy that dress as much I had in the past. I’m so sorry that happened to you. It’s so wrong for people to mess with someone’s mail like that.

birdyblue16 @nataliedee497 I've never had that happened either. I have received somebody else's order, and Poshmark had to send me and another person labels to mail the right items to the other person. it's disappointing, I just discovered this brand and I love it. it's all in all has just kind of been a weird year. So nothing really surprises me anymore. hopefully be person will get caught, and get fired.

nataliedee497 @birdyblue16 yah I hope they catch the thief. It had to be somebody in a USPS facility. I have sold plenty of clothes online with no issues so this was really surprising for me.
