nataliesayen @thelouisgasm I am looking to make my first LV purse purchase. So excited, so hesitant, but so excited. Lol! I really like this style. Can you confirm that the bottom piping isn’t exposed or super worn? It’s hard to tell in the pic.

thelouisgasm @nataliesayen The bottom is in really good shape. The integrity is amazing overall. I personally vouch for the bag. If you’re not happy, you can trust that I will do right by you. I’m with my son running an errand but will check back ASAP.

thelouisgasm @nataliesayen to confirm: the piping is not exposed at all. Any wear is superficial and doesn’t effect the integrity of the leather or bag itself. Pls review my Posh credential and feedback as a seller. I really believe that will help you gain some more confidence in your purchase. Also, Poshmark will certify the authenticity of the bag too and if its “not as described” or counterfeit (which it isn’t) you are protected 100%

thelouisgasm @nataliesayen Hi Natalie, I just got back and checked the bag and the listing detail. Unfortunately, as indicated only the original Louis Vuitton detachable shoulder strap is included. I tried to see what other brand dusters that I might have for you and they are all too small. I can include a generic covering that does the same job.

thelouisgasm @nataliesayen As a possibility, you can consider going to an LV boutique and telling them you lost your duster and would really appreciate if they could replace it for you. It all depends on the type of CS rep is working .. some of them are really nice and others are a bit haughty ... I wish I could be of more help with the duster. Please let me know if you have any questions.

thelouisgasm @nataliesayen It's all boxed up and ready to go out tomorrow to the Poshmark Concierge service for authentication. It takes two days to arrive to their headquarters and typically 1-2 days tops for their approval. I will keep you updated as everything progresses to ensure peace of mind:) '

nataliesayen @thelouisgasm hello- Certainly not picking - I swear..... just want to make sure the strap is a LV crossbody strap as noted in the post. I am really excited about getting this, but wanted to make sure. You had replied earlier it was a shoulder strap, where the post says crossbody- which may be the same. Thanks

thelouisgasm @nataliesayen also: I recommend that you consider investing in a high quality leather condition such as "Apple Care" Brand leather conditioner available on Amazon and other sites. If used every other month (or as needed), this bag will last for generations and the leather will not crack and dry. For the hardware: consider using a good brass polish such as "Barkeepers best friend?" ...

thelouisgasm @nataliesayen I think that's the name...it will inhibit the brass from its natural oxidation process and maintain a shiny brightness. (use a q-tip and carefully polish)... you can always wipe down the monogram canvas with water... just .. whatever you do, be careful with water around the leather... if submerged in water, it is very possible that a water stain could develop....

thelouisgasm @nataliesayen I sometimes put a very light coat of the conditioner (not cleaner) on both.. .heavier coat on the leather.. If you put too much on the canvas the worst thing that can happen is that it gets greasy..which can be dabbed off or lightly taken off with a damp cloth.

thelouisgasm @nataliesayen I forgot to answer you regarding the strap: it is an LV leather crossbody strap and was designed to be carried in three possible ways : crossbody, Shoulder (both with strap or detach strap and carry as a hand/shoulder bag. ). Hope I covered all your questions. Pls let me know if I missed anything. ✔️
