izzybzzy @natagoods Unfortunately, that one was sold overnight for list! I’m was able to de-list all the rest. She’s not happy, but it’s just too hard to pull an item back once it’s in the system. I’ve wondered what happens if you do have an issue & can’t process an order for one reason or other. Great to know I have recourse. I’ve been actively selling a year & am still learning!
