studiostyles20 @natlqy Hey!! I am SO SORRY. My assistant read me the shipping address last night and it didn't make any sense so I had her try to cancel the order as it said it was gong to Kentucky, LITTLE DID I KNOW that is the program's shipping center and after taking a better look, it all makes sense now. I am on the phone w/ customer service to resolve the issue and get your jacket on it's way to you!!!!

studiostyles20 @natlqy Hi there I contacted E on three separate occasions. The first was to cancel the cancellation they told me that you had to cancel it and I guess you weren’t able to so E automatically canceled the transaction. I’ve been trying to contact them and ask them if I could relist it and sell it to you for a zero dollar amount since I had already collected money from you and they said no, so then I tried to refund you.
