banditcat Just had another thought about the shipping challenges. Since Poshmark has such wonderful tracking capabilities... it might be possible to flag the package to be HELD AT THE POST OFFICE in your new neighborhood. We've never attempted that sort of thing before. But, if you'd like us to reach out to the Poshmark customer service team, it might be worth a try. Just let us know and we're happy to assist.

I was thinking if the package is expected before the 10th or if it is going priority? If so I think contacting Posh would be perfect if you are able, I’d really appreciate that! I wanted to snag the dress before it was claimed by anyone but I realize I probably should have waited just in case haha—it was just too cute!🙈

natmarie1783 @banditcat Just updating about the shipping— no need to worry about contacting Poshmark, I just realized the old home owners are no longer there this week and the address should now be under my name:) It will most likely be there in my box when I arrive which is 100% good by me💗

banditcat Hi there again. The post office appears to have already delivered your item to your new home. Since you're not arriving there until the 11th, the Poshmark system will likely "automatically accept the purchase" before you've had a chance to physically receive it. No worries. If there happens to be any issues, just reach out to us directly and we'll assist. :)

banditcat @natmarie1783 Sorry for the delayed response. On rare occasions, we travel where WiFi is challenging. Since the item has, apparently not been delivered to your new home address, we opened a case with a request for refund ASAP.
