marit1981 hello I order a sleeping masked from you on June 21,2021 as a gift to my daughter and it never arrived. It says shipped but tracking has not updated since June 27, 2021. I tried canceling since her birthday past and I've still waited and it gives me no option. website says it not received within 7 days I can cancel but that seems to be a lie. can you help with this?

natalieajean @marit1981 yes! I was concerned about this too, and emailed posh around 7/2/2021. They said to wait a week but it’s been a week and no progress! I am so sorry for this delay!!! I will message them again now. I hope it gets to you!!

natalieajean @ratadero hi, no I can’t per Poshmark/usps policy, fragrances can’t be shipped through priority mail. I think they can only go via ground mail(?)
