unlimiteditems Hello Sorry the sandals are not your fit you may file a claim statin they do not fit you and I will agree to a return you would have to return them in the same condition I ship them new not worn and you may purchase another size from sizes available I do believe I have one in 9.5 I noticed and once your purchase the other size I will ship those poshmark should alot a prepaid return ship label after i approve the return I hope this help thanks poshmark wont allow me to do exchange annangel

madnatter12_13 @unlimiteditems Thank you for your response. Evidently, I cannot make a claim since I've accepted the order... I did not realize this would be the case. I thought accepting the order was just a means of saying it arrived (I'm still fairly new to Poshmark.) Is there anyway we can exchange the item still if I ship back and cover shipping costs? I'd really rather not deal with trying to reposh the shoes.
