nataliecastle @danni12oh sorry, I just saw this! I did finally receive my bag, but the process was sooo frustrating! When I first reached out to them re: questions before I purchased, they immediately responded. So I went ahead and purchased from them. It was a gift and I needed it ASAP, but it wasn’t showing that it was shipped for a few days and every time I would reach out to them there was zero response.

nataliecastle @danni12oh Then I escalated it to posh support, and then they would respond after that, but I wasn’t getting straight answers. I did finally receive my bag, but I do not know if I would ever purchase from them again, because their customer service was not very good at all.
