hpiperrogers Hi @nmsuarez7, I am reaching out because I placed the order for the AE shamrock necklace. It still states it is awaiting shipment. I am wondering if it is still available or planned to be shipped. Tomorrow is 5 days after the purchase and I have the option to cancel. lanny4751kodak Hello, oh it wasn’t bent and I have pictures The mail must have done it shipping . I thought I had it pack good so that couldn’t happen. I hate!!! This happen to you. I had this ring a long time and I am very sentimental about it. I will contact Posh and get there advice. I am so SORRY!! It makes me sick that this happen and 😠

lanny4751kodak Hello, I just received a email from Posh and it states that they are working on it and hope to have it resolve in 24 hours. If you feel like you need to open a case you go ahead because I understand you want to be taken care of as much as I do. This is not our fault and they should take care of it. I would have thought they would have contacted you by now. Maybe you should contact them to protect yourself. I will keep in touch with you as I hear from them. Thanks for your patience 🤗

lanny4751kodak Ok, I don’t know to resolve you not getting charged for the ring and how I get my ring fixed since it was damaged. I guess the only way is for you to open a case and let’s see what they can do to help.

lanny4751kodak Hi there, oh gosh that ring was damage in route to you. My ring did not look like that and I wouldn’t send a ring looking like that and expecting a person could wear it. Gosh that make me sad and angry. I will fight this that the mail needs to pay for this. This is terrible !!!
