leggett2016 @natashawinslow you could try to message the seller to see if they have shipped item yet if so you could maybe contact poshmark to see if item can be returned for different size but I’m not sure if they accept it or not :) hope that helps you !

dcmartinis Hi Natasha, I just tried to mail your package and they said it was too heavy to mail under the label Posh sent. It needs a 10lb label. I will see what Posh does in these cases. So sorry for the delay.

luvxao7 Hello, I just checked the status of your package, and it says “delivery attempted - no access to delivery location.” This has never happened to me before, so I’m not sure if they are going to attempt to deliver it again, or if they’ll send it back to me? @natashawinslow

natashawinslow @luvxao7 I believe it is because I am having it shipped to my house. We are closed until Tuesday but UPS is aware of this and they should be holding all packages for us until then. I will make sure to let you know if I don’t receive it by Tuesday.

dcmartinis Hi Natasha, USPS has been trying to deliver your order but it says there is no access. You may need to call your post office and arrange a way to either get it delivered or pick it up. Best 😀
