Hi Natasha, I just wanted to sincerely apologize for the poor wear and tear on the skirt. This has been a great learning lesson for me as the last time I actually looked at the garment, I was taking off the dry clean tag. It is definitely an older garment so the wear and tear would make sense. Again, my apologies for the inconvenience.
