It won’t let me download the label and when I request a mew one (per their instructions), I get a “check your address or contact poshmark support” message. ouimoncheri Hello, I had the item professionally cleaned and i personally steamed and folded the item prior to sending it. Any disarray happened in transit, which is out of my control. Please consider changing your review. 3/5 stars for something out of my control is unfair.

nkoral @ouimoncheri there was no packaging in the box, just the sweater. By the time I opened it, it was literally a wrinkled ball in the corner. You could have wrapped it in anything, or used a smaller box. Also. It sure what was in the box you used prior, but it did not leave the sweater smelling very nice. :(

nkoral @ouimoncheri the way you package an item, and the way it arrives matters. If I have to re launder something, which makes me question the entire accuracy of your listing, than that affects its rating. Next time take the time to properly package a delicate item to protect it. Getting angry with me is the wrong tact on this one.

ouimoncheri @nkoral the item arrived exactly as it was advertised. If you have a problem with the quality of the item, kindly send it back. This is a $250 sweater in excellent condition severely discounted. The packaging, I’m sure, is already in the trash can or recycling.
