sage_jessica Hi Natasha! I don’t know how else to message you so my apologies. The item I purchased from you seems to be lost and Poshmark doesn’t list the tracking number or who it was sent though so I can’t call USPS or UPS to try to track it down even though it was “delivered.” Do you have the tracking number and how it was sent so I can try to get the item on Monday ?

nhenderson207 @sage_jessica hi sorry wish I could help but I don’t have the tracking number since I just get the packages to get picked up from my door step but this has happened once before and the package showed up a couple days late the post office just accidentally marked it delivered when it wasn’t

sage_jessica @nhenderson207 ok so mystery solved. The order was sent to the wrong address when the wrong address for me autopopulated in the poshmark app for some reason and I didn’t catch it. They are going to send it back to you. :( My correct address is 161 Daphne st unit B Encinitas cA 92024 Hopefully the shipping will be covered. Boy what a process this has been! Sorry for the trouble!

nhenderson207 @sage_jessica it did not send back to my correct address I moved to a new city so the romper is in Dallas while I am in Houston .... not sure what to do maybe I can have someone pick it up for you and send it

sage_jessica @nhenderson207 can you please let me know if there is some way that you can ship the romper to my address in Encinitas? The bank has already debited my account for the money and if I’m not going to get the romper I would like to address the issue with my bank to release those funds so I can buy something else. Thanks

sage_jessica @nhenderson207 I reached out to them and they processed it as a lost package and issued a refund and said you would receive payment. It wasn’t the solution that I was going for but they just sort of decided for themselves. I really wanted that romper. Ugh !

who_what_n_wear WE ARE CANCELLING OUR ORDER !!! My husband and I ordered from you the Supermen pajamas for his Birthday and after more than a week you have NOT sent it or responded to any messages. kristipry @nothathing my daughter ordered a wedding gown from you over 5 weeks ago. She was over the moon excited about this dress and we followed all the protocol, were charged for the dress and were so excited to receive it. She contacted you several times to ask the status and then this past week you just cancelled the order. Can you please explain why? She is devastated and we have now lost 5 weeks of dress shopping. We would still love to get the dress and don't understand why you just cancelled
