hi Natasha! If you're wondering why your colin stuart boots haven't been shipped yet. in all honesty, I can't find them!? I'm POSITIVE I have them in my inventory of over 300 shoe/boots and have been cutting them (the box) open one by one trying to locate them. Please continue being so amazingly patient while I filter through the last 134 box's. a friend is helping me tomoro so I have a good feeling they'll be on their way then but will give you a heads up!! so so sorry for the wait:(

oh, and if you receive a pair of KEEN Sandals, please kindly mail them to the return address as I've accidentally send those to a wrong address, just not sure who's. this is what happens when mommy rushes to get packages shipped off before close with a teething new baby (10 mos)! not an excuse just straight realness! apologies once again!!:(
