noposh2020 Hi! I hope you are doing well! I am packing up the bag you purchased and I can to find the extra long shoulder strap attachment. I have looked for it everywhere and then relooked up the bag from Jcrew and it never came with one.m. If this is a deal breaker, I totally understand but wanted to know before I shipped it today!
