your_fashions Hey there. I hope you are doing well. As I started to package your boots, my puppy grabbed the top of the box and damaged it. I have another Ugg box top that will fit I just want to make sure that will not be a problem for you before I send them. I am so sorry. The boots are not damaged in anyway so there is no problem there. Please let me know love.

your_fashions Hey, I am in a dispute with a customer that sent a pair back that had debris in the bottom of the soles which shows she wore the boots. Poshmark is trying to say I could have sent them that way. Now I am out $116 because she wore them and broke the zipper.
