fianmy24 Hey! your package is ready to ship’ however before I ship the item while wrapping the item up I realized one of the snaps of the Button is missing i called the cleansers to ask how much they charge to fix and they only charge 5.00$ but I would not be able to ship the item on time the jacket closes perfectly fine because all the buttons are there as you can see in the pictures there are no missing buttons.

fianmy24 is just one of the clip part that the bottom goes in is missing but you can’t tell because the button is there and the jacket closes fine because all the other buttons close fine .There’s nothing else wrong at all with the jacket . I just wanted to let you know so that you would be aware and not disappointed. If you would like to cancel the Order I understand if not im ready to ship right now ! jcb104 Hi! I don’t know how else to message you but I want to apologize for your hat not being delivered. I dropped it off at a USPS location over two weeks ago now with the label on it. The tracking info was never updated and the package was never scanned in. I made the mistake of just dropping it off and not waiting for a person and getting a receipt and now they’re telling me they have no record of it.
