jpaul2112 Hey Nate. I just wanted to let you know I packed your Brixton in a way that should give the brim a straighter profile. Please allow the hat to sit on a flat surface to allow the brim to set. If the brim doesn't return easily, you can iron it lightly. Just be sure to use a pillowcase between the iron and felt to avoid scorching the wool. Thanks for your purchase. Brixton makes decent hats! Paul...
