Individually $17’s the lowest I can tolerate for that terrific BURTON sweatshirt. If you bundle it with 2 or more additional items it’ll factor in at $15. (See my bundle specials outlined at the beginning of my listings). If you consider your cost of shipping, that’s less than your recent offer- $13 + $7.97 = $20.97 vs $15 + $7.97 divided by 3 = $17.66.
