I received my sweater back from you yesterday.. I have to say, I don’t know what you did to it but it certainly is not in the condition that I originally sent!!! It was in perfect condition and brand new, never worn!! Now it is shrunk, fabric is hard and has a bad perfume/cleaner smell.. I’m sorry if you changed your mind on wanting the sweater, but you didn’t have to ruin it!! You could have just asked for s refund.

@huttke dear huttke -- I never washed or wore it. Promise! I sent it back as I received it. I hung it outside to let it air out -- you may recall that I had mentioned it had a fish smell to it. I can't imagine that it shrunk from having been hung outside...!? The perfume was my attempt to fix the smell issue, which I had never experienced before. I otherwise would have loved to keep the sweater, since it's a beautiful piece. Sorry that you feel I tried to get back to you in some way. I didn't.

@morasch. I’ve just never experienced anything like this with any of the items I’ve sold.. no complaints whatsoever. This is an interesting one.. oh well, live and learn. It will probably be a while before I list anything again.. I never thought about it turning out this way.,

Oh and there is no fish smell whatsoever.. I guess your perfume did the trick..
