I received my package today but it appears to have been cut open and arrived empty in my mail box. never had anything like this happen. I have sent a message through poshmark but I wanted to reach out to you as well. someone actually cut the top open!

regina_silvers I have not heard back from poshmark. with priority mail there is insurance. did you keep mail receipt? I am just now getting the concept after using poshmark for so long ...i did not realize buyers have no protection with packages theft..damage..lost...etc. is that correct? sellers receive money but buyers are on their own? I have never sold..just purchased. Just floored by this whole experience.

drnat0227 @regina_silvers yes that is pretty much correct and when it comes to the shipping label we just print it off from the website we do not buy it at the post office. Which means I do not have a receipt for it

regina_silvers oh wow. I don't think people understand how vulnerable their money is by buying from poshmark. thanks so much for your honesty. so I may have just lost 80 dollars. I will see how poshmark replies. Hopefully I will get money back. Either way word needs to get out buyers are not protected either way. priorty mail usually always comes with insurance. again thanks for your honesty. we shall see ....
