paul_young hi Natalie this is Paul I'm the one that you bought the Felix shoes from I am so sorry I had no idea I had even made a sale until yesterday and I had no way of getting into my storage because I didn't realize until later in the evening I am putting all this together and it's going out late I apologize implicitly I have thrown in a couple gifts hopefully that will smooth things over with you again I'm so sorry but it's on its way as of today
