florencebynight Hi: Was this shipped ( the Pucci bag you shipped to me) with a signed receipt requested? THE USPS tracking system indicates it was attempted delivery but their was "no access to the delivery location" which makers no sense as I leave in a neighborhood. I was not home, but my neighbors were going to assist me when it arrived. THere is no phone number at USPS for me to call. I would be happy tp go to facility to pick it up. I will not be home Monday during the day either. THANKS!

natesplace @florencebynight hi there! Sometimes these things happen with USPS. First, there’s no signature necessary because Poshmark shipping doesn’t have that feature. Second, unfortunately I cannot do anything on my side because once it’s shipped it’s in the hands of the Postal Service and I’m literally 1000’s of miles away in Hawaii. My suggestion is to find and talk to your neighborhood mail carrier and track down the wear abouts and schedule a re-delivery with that carrier.

marygiannini I bought a Patricia Nash purse from you. It has arrived and is very nice except there's a very strong odor. I have tried spraying with Fabreez but odor is still very strong. Do you have any suggestions or know what has caused the odor. Thank you Mary Giannini

natesplace @marygiannini hi there! … hmm I’ve found that sometimes the Patricia Nash bags develop this kind of strong scent… the bag is a relatively newer bag that wasn’t in for a long time. So I’m not sure. But in my experience it’s probably from the leather and not the fabric so the febreeze may not work. I suggest you open the bag as much as possible/ inside out and put it in a freezer overnight… see if that helps 🙏🏽
