I received the blue Patagonia 1/2 zip pullover back today and the zipper worked just fine.

I was unaware of the hole in the sleeve - if you want to return the item that is not a problem. I never want to send something that is flawed

@pattisplace I would have requested a return yesterday, but the package just made it to my door this morning. Apparently there was an issue at USPS. Is there a way I can open a return request?

ok -- that confused me -- why would you request a return yesterday if you just received it today?
let me see what I can find out --- I have never had an issue with anything I have sent so I am really not sure what the process is. I have always been proud of my shipping and 5 star rating, and I will do anything I can to make this good for you. Give me a little while to see what we can do to get this straightened out. Again, I am so sorry there was a hole - I never knew it was there

OK the instructions I received is you have to open a case with Poshmark. Go into "my purchases" click on Order Problem/Order Inquiry and then select "Contact Support" there you will be able to open a case and tell then the issue. They may ask you for a picture of the problem they will contact me to let me know a case has been opened. I will OF COURSE accept a return.

ok I sent something to them --- I could not find that option either on my laptop - but it is available thru the app on my phone . Hopefully they will contact you soon

Hi there -- I received an email from PM it says "according to our records, this order was accepted and an official claim was not requested by the buyer. At this time, we kindly ask that you have the buyer reach out to us directly so we can better assist them". you may have to do it from your cell phone because like I said earlier I did not have that option on my laptop only on my cell phone through the app - just follow the instructions i sent you earlier -- it is pretty easy to find
