ssmith3269 @nategoal19 Disappointed in the 4/5 ⭐️ given on my men's Penguin polo. Stated reason: "improved cleanliness". When I accepted your last bid, I told my family you were probably going to find a way to be dissatisfied; so I took many pics before carefully packaging & sending it out. It was in EUC as stated (no stains, etc). Pics prove that. Polo was shipped washed, ironed & in a waterproof bag. I must conclude that you are bitter over not getting the polo at your original lowball-offered price.

nategoal19 @ssmith3269 4/5 is not dissatisfied. That's a good rating. I was just a little disappointed in the color in person. It was a little different than the pictures. Overall a good buy. Thanks.

ssmith3269 @nategoal19 I'm sorry, but your disappointment in the color (though my pics and description were as accurate as possible) should not have been listed as the item needing "improved cleanliness". That reflects on me, and I take great care of my items. If something I've purchased doesn't look exactly as I expected from pictures, I don't give the seller a lower rating because of that, especially when it's obvious that great care was taken in packaging and shipping the item.
