wgoldner @nature_made the pad literally disintegrated in my hand when I put it on the makeup. How old are these?

nature_made @wgoldner I see.. unfortunately this has been an issue with the pads on occasion. Not just with mine but in stores as well. It has nothing to do with the age of the product but a manufacturing issue. The product itself is good and authentic. There’s 3 choices you have: go through posh for a refund (you will have to return both items); I can send you another applicator pad; or, you can use the pad in the other cushion for both cushions. My apologies this happened and I’m happy to do as you wish.

wgoldner I'm curious, where have you seen that this is a known issue. I haven't seen any reviews anywhere that complain of this. I'd like to see that.
