aylairis Honestly she’s being quite rude about the whole thing, but when she opened the case she put a picture up and showed she had them. You are being so nice. Look through my closet and if you see anything else you like for the same price or less than the pants, tell me what it is and I will include it with the pants as a free gift. I’m so mad at myself, honestly for such a silly mistake.

aylairis @natureslogic707 I have heard nothing and in all honesty Posh has not responded to the open case at all. Case was opened on Saturday and they still haven’t sent her a return label to my knowledge. Any action on a case goes to both the buyer and seller. I just don’t know what else to do. My last comment on the case was the buyer of the pants really needs them do please send the return label. To date I have had 2,671 sales on here. NEVER has posh taken so long. Very frustrating for all involved.

natureslogic707 @aylairis to date I have over 150-200 purchases here on Poshmark and have spent quite a bit of money doing so and not every item comes as it looks in the pics or worth even half what I paid...I lose more than I win but when I win it feels so good! I have never had a seller especially one with as many sales ad you make such a mistake..how do you print the same one twice..how do you not see that they are both going to Nathan Lodge...?

natureslogic707 it is just that I was so excited..it was a lot of hours wasted hunting for those and then trying to figure out if they were even the right ones that I wanted..then once we discussed and I helped you figure out what you actually had it was really exciting for all that effort hunting to pay off. so it is just a really big let down now cause I was so happy.

natureslogic707 this is just the type of thing that I can't stand about this place...one time I had a seller sell me some zero damage only worn once pair of vans..they arrived completely beat, with sole separation and obviously been lived on bare footed with oily foot and toe shaped impressions in the insole...I have never disputed anything or once opened a case so I know nothing about it or how to do it or how it all goes and works

I must have hit her label twice and one printed and one was in the queue. When I tried to print yours her second label came out . Don’t know how else it could have occurred.I will keep you informed.

natureslogic707 and I would not want an extra item from your invitory for free that is not fair for you.I know shit just happens but their is a really good system in place by posh supposedly to protect one another from this kind of thing so it should all work out as long as the other person doesn't keep both the bag and the pants..it was better before when we thought I was gonna get the bag which would give that other jerk incentive.
