rector883 Hey there. I did not accept this order for one reason and one reason only. It says it was delivered, but not to my house. I have talked to all my neighbors. Nobody has it. I also talked to a person I know across the street that has one of those "ring" systems so that we could determine where the heck that has ended up and that did not help matters either. I really want this purse but it does not look like it's going to happen

navidg92 @rector883 Hi, I do not know what is going on Poshmark reached out to me as well. The item was shipped using the Poshmark label and started tracking the day after I dropped it off. I am hoping they can find it I do apologize for this regardless of the outcome my goal was getting you your bag as soon as possible.

rector883 @navidg92 No need to apologize. It looks like you did a really quick Turn Around from my order day to shipping it out. I'll just keep hoping the best as well oh, but I just can't understand it. I've shopped a lot from Poshmark and never had this happen before however there's always a first time that something gets lost in shipment.

rector883 @navidg92 so the money for this package was already Auto deducted from my account it looks like that happened today. I have reported consistently that I did not receive this package. I guess I'm just out the 40 bucks. I don't see any contact number and I have Faithfully followed up with them saying that I still don't have it. Do you have any advice on this

navidg92 @rector883 Hi I would try emailing them, I was told that if the package is not found after a certain number of days there would be a refund issued. Please me know if you are able to find out any information but I believe you should get a refund in this case.

rector883 @navidg92 I did receive an email from Poshmark today stating that they will be reimbursing the deduction from my debit in the next couple days. I have been looking for a person that I like as well if I like this one at that price point, and I'm just now finding it. Such a bummer. But I'm glad that they handled it in a way that we were both protected.
