@narroussy You are more than welcome to return if they will let you but as you know ratings highly affect us here in Posh and I have never had that complain about those earrings before so that is weird and I apologize but that is not an error in description. Giving me a 1 star and says basically I could improve on describing my item better makes it sound like I lead people wrong and I take great pride in who I am and I stand by my products.

Like I said you may have gotten a wrong pair that they sent me or something and are more than welcome to return but I take a lot of pride in my status on Posh and a bad rating over something out of my control is not fair when I wasn’t given a chance to correct and the rating is not accurate.
